Initial Set-Up Support
If you’ve been introduced to ProCustomer by one of our registered Affiliates, they may be able to help you get started. But if not, one of our own professional staff will guide you by phone and email. We’ll help you set up your account and explain how to use the system. When we’re finished you’ll know how to email a questionnaire link to your clients and how to access the feedback.

Customise your Questionnaire
We can help you design a questionnaire that closely reflects the aspects of the service you provide. This ensures your feedback is meaningful and helps you make the right decisions. The service is led by us with input from you and is conducted by email and telephone. The aim is to identify 8 – 12 aspects of your service to include in your questionnaire.
Price: £250 plus VAT
Assumes maximum 4 hours work
Contacting your customers on your behalf
You may be one of those businesses who prefer to keep the process of getting customer feedback at "arms length". If so, we can contact your clients on your behalf. You will still get instant feedback through the system, but will not need to commit so much time to operating the system. Just provide us a list of your clients together with contact details and we’ll do the rest. Contact us by phone to discuss your needs and we’ll explain what we can do.
Indicative pricing: £65 plus VAT for 5 clients
£125 plus VAT for 10 clients

ProCustomer does not provide business advice. However we are well connected with networks of accredited business advisers who can help you either specifically with Reputation Marketing™ or more generally with any kind of business support you need.
