We also offer a "set up support" service, where we will talk you through the process of setting up an account for your first client. What’s the process?
Register on the system and then set up a business account and activate a customised feedback questionnaire (5 minutes).
E-mail your clients’ customers with a web link inviting them to give feedback on the service your client provides.
The customers complete a short on-line questionnaire in which they:
Give 'marks out of ten' on the importance of your client’s services, as well as their performance in delivering them.
Write a testimonial which you can publish on the internet using the system facilities.
E-mail their friends and contacts with a ready-drafted message about your client’s business.
Provide other valuable input that helps you add value.
You can write and attach a structured 300-word case study to support the testimonial. This can also be easily published using the system facilities.
You can also review bar graphs where the importance/performance data is displayed, as well as the other feedback.
