ProCustomer
was developed by Steve Pendray and Ciaran Nagle.
Steve holds a mathematics degree from Cambridge University and qualified as an actuary. He worked for one of the major British insurance companies for 20 years in a number of different capacities including Head of Customer Service in charge of a 250 -strong team. Steve is a founder of The Rock church in Buckinghamshire and is married with three children.
Ciaran began his career in sales in 1980 and has been in sales and marketing since then. He has worked for major companies including GE (10 years), Lucent Technologies and Siebel Systems. Ciaran is a former Royal Hong Kong Police inspector and is married with one son.
Steve and Ciaran aim to bring the benefits of ‘Reputation Marketing™’ world-wide with the ProCustomer Network whilst at the same time developing it as a methodology and a marketing strategy. “ProCustomer can be used straight ‘out-of-the-box’ but to get all the benefits you should make Reputation Marketing™ part of your business strategy.” says Steve.
“We’re looking for alliances with organisations that have strength in particular sectors or territories and who believe in what we’re doing. The hard work of developing the system and the methodology has been done. ” says Ciaran, “Now we want to share the experience in every country and market and have fun along the way.”
